Puruka's graphic vocabulary and antiques materials are reminiscent of my mom's collection.  It's structure consist of rattan fiber and the seat of rattan mesh.

Puruca | Prototype & Identity

Puruca was inspired by the memories. Is a reflection of the furniture collection of the 60's that my mom had. I grew up with that image; Puruca (my mom) was a collector of antiques furniture.

The concept tries to re-invent a piece of furniture using materials that will be used in the 40's like rattan but with a modern and minimal design.
